Hello!  My name is Semi Tseggai (sa~guy) and I'm thrilled to say this is my 16th year of teaching.  I grew up in Northern Virginia and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from George Mason University and a Masters of Education in Teaching from Trinity University.  I began my teaching career in Hillsborough County School District in Florida. I taught two years in this district before moving back to Virginia where I continued my career in Fairfax County for 8 years and Prince William County for the last 5 years.  I spent many years teaching all subject areas in 6th grade to most recently the Instructional Technology Coach at Wilson Elementary.  I am driven by my passion to teach and inspire kids for greatness.  I believe in ALL kids and I make it my life's work to let them know that they can do anything they set their mind to!

This year, I will be teaching 5 sections of Nutrition and Wellness.  I look forward to making the classes interesting and applicable to the real-world. I am excited to be a part of Potomac Senior High School's family community!
